2022 Work Resolutions

I’m fully rested now after having 2 weeks off from working, so I’ve sat and put together my work resolutions for next year, which compliment my main, personal resolutions for the year.

Here they are:

1. The only priority is producing and enabling the production of cool shit
2. Ignore tech framework discourse and importantly, don’t contribute
3. Ignore crypto discourse and importantly, don’t contribute
4. Be in a position to make our first hire by the end of the year
5. Have fun and reduce the amount of boring work I do
6. Be creative again; it’s been too long
7. Be at peace with the fact that the tech industry will probably forever disappoint, but that should not stop me working in and around it

Points 1, 2 and 7 have been a consistent drain on me this year and getting salty about them on Twitter literally achieves nothing so I need to stop. I’m going to be bumping up my already massive mute lists on Tweetbot.

I am very much looking forward to producing some seriously cool and creative shit with Set Creative Studio this year too!
